Delivery & Return


Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. Should an exception be made, all order cancellations will be subjected to cancellation fee of $5.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept the return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery


If you would like to return or exchange your purchase, please get in touch with us via email service@amazingwell.com. Returns and Exchanges are only applicable to items that arrive in a faulty or damaged state and must be in their original packaging.Please note, we do not cover for the return shipping cost. Customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund procedure

1.Within 3 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video

explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.

2.We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.

3.If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Amazing well. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at
